HOW TO WRITE YOUR LEGISLATOR
To determine your State Representative and State Senator go to
www.legislature.state.oh.us
1. State what bill or issue you are writing him/her on....as House
Bill 19 or Senate Bill 53
2. Explain why you are in favor or in opposition to the bill or issue.
3. Ask your legislator to support or oppose the bill or issue.
4. Handwritten letters are fine.
5. Sign your name and include your address and telephone number.
